Nice to see Norton will be making a comeback.
The pictures in MCN look interesting, but I think they will be priced out of most peoples price range.

It was Norton that got me into the whole biking thing, so I am glad to see them back on the shores of where they started......

As Iggy dreams of a silver Norton Commando 750

I thought that too, I guess you will have to wait for a second hand one

I would love an 850 Commando interstate.
Dont the engines look small next to modern bike engines?

Hurricane. The pipes do it for me.
Moving off the Britsh theme the Benelli 750sei with six pipes was another great looker.

kevinb your right the benelli is another great looker, but i do like vetters seat/tank styling of the trident gives the bike a sought of timeless look,BB you have a lucky pal 2 of around 1200 produced cant be bad :)

That sounds like it would make a good detective series. We've had Cagney & Lacey/ Bodie & Doyle now we could have Drool & Slobber

BB - drool I think, as that what he seems to do every time there is a new girl site member. He could always change his name to Androol. ;D

I have a soft spot-especially for the old big singles, unfortunately the last one ended up parking in the wall of the Tucker's Grave P.H.!

I always admire the lines of the late 50's twins, the swoop of the exhaust matches the curves of the frame and those on the tank all finished in gunmetal grey -must be one of the few mass produced British bikes from that era to have actually been designed and look as if someone had thought through the form of the finished item!
