Our government is proposing to impose a 50mph national speed limit on many roads, with average speed cameras all over the place to ensure revenue is generated as a result. More information can be found here:-

If you think it is a good idea, that is fine.

If you do not think it is a good idea, you might like to spend a couple of minutes signing this petition:-
Petition to: Not reduce the national speed limit to 50mph. | Number10.gov.uk

Once they are here, they will stay here.

You may perhaps like to pass this on to anyone else who may have a view one way or the other?

I have signed, it is funny that the US is just up'ing there limits as they have reliesed that 50mph is stupid and we are looking at lowering ours....Stupid goverment...take to the car park and shot them all I say....
