New Road Signs round Warminster !

Some of you must have spotted the newish bike safety signs that have popped up on the Warminster ByPass last bank holiday.

They intrigue me as they look almost “home made” and I’m not sure exactly who they are aimed at, as some seem to talk to riders and some to drivers !

From memory there’s a “Think Bike”, “Check Mirrors Before Turning” and one that just says “To Die For” :-?

For those who arn't local, they all feature a pic of a nice red sports bike and are about three feet high.

Anybody know anything about them ?

The signs are up all over the place. We have them around Salisbury and i saw some in Wales last month too. Lets hope the car and lorry drivers take note !!!

With the state of the roads, pot holes etc.. It's just something else to hit if you come off.

They have them plastered all over East Yorkshire where my Mum and Dad live as well.

They are not new signs though, but maybe Warminster slipped the radar
