I thought I better get the 9k service done (as the bikes now done 10.5k) Took it into Pheonix last night and he tried to sell me a new MT-01. Planning to do a few miles the week after next so thought it was a good idea to have it checked over.

Yeah, im due a 15kilometre service on my KTM, such a shame all the dealers are so far away, no id not take it to Fowlups ;). So going to take it to Sideways in Dorchester where i bought it from, because its a valve check service its damned expensive at 400 ish :S

Yeah, im due a 15kilometre service

15 kilometers..... :-? I knew KTM's could be tempremental but oh boy!! ;D

The one thing I have found with older bikes is that the servicing is a lot easier than the newer machines...

Not bad £188 and they replaced the front brake fluild as it had discoloured. Now got about a cm of brake level movement until they start gripping.
I can't believe the price of engine oil now (Yamlube) and it took nearly 4 1/2 litres of the stuff
