Ye Mark. mentioned that to stuart today but he said that it makes the bike look out of proportion. Would like to see one in the flesh before deciding. You got one on yours? You were right on the money with your earlier comments - The new model definitely handles better round the twisties.

Thanks Jackie, hope I did'nt offend you with my comments about slow drivers. I t was a dig at exactly that and not intended to point the finger at female road users.

Yep. Couldn't even ride out the shop with original back end. Although it is a lighter bike, I think the suspension is much improved over the earlier model, and it's a shorter wheelbase. It helps turn it quicker. I've got a road legal Akropovic on mine as well. It looks better, and sounds better, because you lose the EXUP valve. Made no difference to low end power, and sounds sweet when giving it the berries... [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

Very nice - sorry I wasn't about I had to go to London to drop off a bike took a bit longer than expected when I fell asleep at the services lol
