I suffer from a sore rump on longish rides so I purchased a pair of those padded cycle shorts and wore them for the first time on Sunday's ride. Made a huge difference, so I can confirm that cycle shorts double-up as motorcycle shorts. Oh, and I reckon they added 10 bhp to my bike's power output. ;D

The compression gear is good, stops leathers sticking to you in the hot weather. I like some of the German beers too :)

Another thumbs up for the base layers, also been using one of their tankbags for a few years now, good bit of kit.

Surely the socks should say clutch and brake not L&R ?? Hehe

We are in hard economic times - things must be worse than what I thought when bikers are wearing socks instead of gloves. ;D ;D ;D

I went to Melksham branch this morning got a pair of boots £30 when i got back i put some leather waterproofer on them and they look well made if they last me more than a few years i will be quite happy.
Would of got the trousers as they looked good quality aswell and jackets looked ok but prefer the Lidle jacket though ,also had gloves, neck tubes all the stuff advertised.I got some of there gloves few years ago and they lasted about 3 years.
Id get there as soon as possible dont think it will last long in stores.

Damn, I wanted to pick up a set of the base layers but I'm not going to have a chance till about Saturday afternoon!

They'd probably not fit me anyway, having curves in the wrong places and all ;D
