After the Missus' Fazer suffered a schizoid embolism, she decided an emergency bike was needed. One that wouldn't get pimped, 'improved', tinkered with out of curiosity, and so in theory should always work and be there when ever one of us needed it.

A Falco came up for sale on one of the Aprilia forums I frequent for an exceedingly good price, too good to turn down, so now we have one each.

Are you sure about the "pimped, 'improved', tinkered with out of curiosity" not happening...??

Both Falcos, both very different, inside and out. What Debz paid for her bike, is less than what the various mods on mine have cost over the years!!! :o

Olympic Bronze is the name of the colour (also known as Metallic Sludge), needs some bright sun to bring out the sparkle though.

Hoping to get out on some forum ride outs this year, so some of you will get to see real evidence that I do ride a bike!

There's a mkiv Supra in that colour (MSB) although you don't see many of them about !

MSB (known throughout the Supra world as Monkey Sh!t Brown) ;D

They'll be taking inspiration from the old British Leyland diarrhea beige then? ;D

Is Debs going to be coming out with us then and please say hi to her from me :)

She says hello back. Not sure if I can get her out onto a ride out, normally weekends are her 'home time' as she's out at work all week in London, commuting on the Fazer every day, so weekends are a time away from the bike.

I reckon with two Aprilias to choose from now (she still has her Tuono) we may well tempt her out if it's sunny.
