View Full Version : Put back out
I can't believe how good the weather was over the weekend and I have put my back out. no chance of getting my leg over (the bike) and very jealous of seeing all the bikes out. just managed to drive a little way in the car. :'(
that sucks, really bad timing! hope it gets better soon mate
Cheers James. Had first twinge before we rode over to Wootton Bassett last weekend and shouldn't have gone but felt I needed to show support. Now I need a support.

You have my sympathies Kev. I spent a week in a Corfu hospital after popping two discs and dislodging a vertibrae. Never known pain like it. Get on the Diazapan mate... [smiley=bath.gif]
Have you tried an osteopath or a chiropractor, helps me when my back 'goes'

If you have to take them long term, it may be worth asking for something else. I took them for a few months because I was in a lot of oral pain, and too much of a wuss to go the dentist. When I stopped taking them, I felt really ill from the withdrawal symptoms. I had no idea they were even that addictive!
Backs just very sore now but I have every intention of getting out on the bike at the weekend.

I heard that Cocodamol can...well....bung you up?
My misses managed to swallow two pills and spent the next two days carrying excess "bagage" :(
They were prescribed as post-op pain relief by the surgeon; warned they can cause "consternation" :o.. Did not know they were addictive, but remember my Ma had a plentiful supply when I was a lad.
