either would be suitable, the 650 will cost more in road tax.

Sit on as many as you can, test ride as many as you can and go with what you like and feel comfortable with. 8-)

I got a 250 and im still not bored of it..

And i get bored quickly, i only got my car last month and im slightly bored of driving now..

I love my 250, its fab. Had a 10' CBF 600 restricted to 33 for a month from mid-Jan to min-Feb, i got bored it it, the extra power torque was brilliant.

But i think it must have been the weight and style i didnt like.

I would go with an SV or a ninja 250.

Have a look forums here (www.foc-u.co.uk)

Will give you shed loads of info on the fazer 6

To give you an idea
Fazer 600 tax = £53.00 12mths £29.15 6mths
SV 650 tax = £74.00 12mths £40.70 6mths

Also the 600 fazer will give you a more upright riding position, larger fuel tank and in my opinion a much more comfortable ride and when the restrictors are off around 95bhp at the crank;) ;) which is more than enough :)

I may be wrong on this but most places will require you have held a full uk license for at least a year before they let you out on their demo bikes.
