As above - depends how much on and off roading you will be doing? More on-road then the bigger engine will be good, off road you want something you can keep picking up. ;)

I'm sure the CCM is basically a road bike. One of my instructors had one, and it was fun on road. I'm sure the suspension is road biased. He did end up hating it though, cos just about everything fell off of it... :(

the bigger the cc the better on the road and the worse off road...
i think if it was me id go for a ktm525 and two sets of wheels.
R30 is road based model and crap off road I had one years ago and glad I got shot. Depends on your off road ability - I have more fun on 125 and 250's off road or maybe a KTM/ WR 450 or KTM 525 plenty of them out there.
I used to have a DR350, absolutely perfect, except no leccy start. Now I have a KTM 400 EXC, still very good but a tad to high for me and getting on can be a pain although Im 6ft.
I know of a really sorted wr450 for sale... £2200, not sure of year,(2005 ish) but thoroughly maintained from new, an absolute beaut!!
PM me for details and contact No. :)
