I won't be able to do many bike rides due to knee. Can do little ones though! But doc said she will refer me to surgeon at RUH.

She said it not right and my knee won't extend fully...

I can do about 40 miles tops before it starts to ache...

Good luck with any surgery they decide to do Maz! Are they hoping to get you fixed up so you can do longer rides in future?

At least it's heading towards winter and colder weather so it won't feel so bad not getting out on the bike!

Know someone who was referred to hozzi for a knee and ended up being asked about their shoulder as some staff had cocked up on info front ::)

dont stop riding!...
keep the knee moving and exercised...

In the same knee ive had 4 ligaments missing for 2 years and 4 months now, STILL waiting for an op.....

use a knee brace and get out and ride.
