Sould I report it?

Hello, A quick question, on the trip home a car turned in to the lane I was in and in going around him he clipped me. Nothing major stayed on the bike. It would look like the exhaust scraped across his car in addition to my knee. The other drive seamed happy to leave it at all are waling so that is that.
So should I / do I need to contact my insurance people?

Just started at the Bath Uni Club on a Friday (as well as Glastonbury on Tuesdays and BS on Thursday) it's killing me !
They are all less than half my age and 31/2 hours leaves me dead ! Is this a Club you used to go to ?

I need to pick it up for Jans Vets European & Worlds selections.
Do you still get out stabbin anywhere ?
