View Full Version : MCN Top 100 Bikes
Top 10 here:

Street Triple got #2 spot which was very predictable, Daytona 675 3rd. Needless to say I totally agree with the placings lol
I prefer the best bike comparison's done by "Bike" and "Ride" magasine..... I wonder why ;D ;D ;D
MCN readers must be getting younger as they don't realise bikes had been built prior to 1980's
Don't think many of them realise bikes were made prior to 2000.... ;D

Still it's a good result for Triumph, 3 bikes in the top 10 along with Honda.
Hm, one or two bikes get to show up twice - see Tuono

Where did the FZ1 come? Sorry ignore that just saw your link James :-[
I keep looking but I can't find my Zephyr on that list :-/
I'll go and have another look :)
No curvy Sv either. Interesting to see the old Cb500 on there though.
No MT-01 but Harley's listed >:(. have these 21000 readers got no taste. Have they started putting out MCN in womens hairdressers, primary schools or generally non masculine places to read? ;D
Still nice to see Triumph doing so well. The firms going from strength to strength and well deserved. Now when people ask if I have a 'real' Triumph I say yes a Hinckley built one.

Not surprised at the CB500 in there - one of Honda's little gems. Why did they stop making them? Was it due to EU emission regs?

Polls are only ever an indication of the really happy punters and really unhappy punters
Good to see Triumph right up there

They still do. Is now the CBF500. Same motor but with injection and a monoshock frame.

My varadero is placed at 100th ;D...no surprise as most MCN readers are not man enough to ride a real bike ;D ;D.
