i have a plate of spaghetti and dont know what to do

i've just bought a project bike.the wiring is a mess.the alternator wires have been cut (three yellows to three yellows).all i see is spaghetti.i need some one to have a look over it and sort out whats what.

its my only weak area on a bike

Can try. Do you have a wiring diagram??

The alternator is probably a three phase and so the wire order does not matter.
