JHS Racing for £32 just do a static set up check .. you tell them what you weigh and what type of riding you do and they spend 15 mins or so adjusting the settings without you sitting at any point on the bike.

Call me dumb but I cant help asking are you saying this is a waste of time or are you recommending as this seems like a good price and something I would consider?

Go to Mark Hammond. He is a suspension specialist.

agreed - I've used both and have, um .... issues with JHS TBH, MH racing on the other hand have always served me well :)

I haven't noticed any significant difference tbh ... but maybe JHS didn't change settings much from factory settings ... or I don't ride well enough to notice the change !!!

I've had good service off of JHS. MH wasn't great when I went.

Had the suspension set up on the Arse6 in March by JHS and it's brilliant!! I've really noticed the difference, the bike just feels so much better on the road and corners better than before too.

It's swings and roundabouts as to who to use, some have good experiences and some have bad for all garages etc. I have never had a problem with the boys and girls at JHS and James has always been tip top for me and my bike regardless of what I want done. Been using them since I got the bike 3 years ago.

So a big thumbs up to http://www.jhsracing.co.uk/ [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

On my K1100RS I set mine up by the SOTP method whereas on the GSA I use ESA :D

SOTP: Seat Of The Pants (adjust according to feel and handling) :D

ESA : Electronic Suspension Adjustment (I just press a button to change preload and damping) - gotta love a Beemer. ;D
