Hole in Helmet!

We went to Bath Saturday after they had one hell of a storm, got off the bike both stood there having a cigarette. This chap walked towards the bikes wearing a light coloured cotton suit and his daughter denim shorts and tights. Pat said "I bet he gets on the Vespa" but no his was a 400 Bros. He gave the helmet he was carrying to the girl and got his helmet off the bike and had to turn it the right way up to tip the water out which he was suprised about as he had previously drilled a hole in the top of the lid to let water drain out :o
We just stood there and couldn't believe it
Both rode off with no proper gear on with him with a f*g hanging out of his mouth.

Maybe thats why he was so stupid. Shouldn't taken the helmet off before using a drill on it ;D

Drilled discs to lighten and help heat dispense maybe he thought it would also work with a lid

When I was in Italy and Spain hardly anyone was wearing protective clothing and no one seemed to be too concerned.

Just an observation how attitudes appear to be different over the water.
