What's the best biking "Darwin" candidate you have witnessed?
Just when I thought I had seen it all (again).... tonight I see a young male on his 50cc riding along in his trackie bottoms and T-shirt, front of his flip helmet up, no gloves, riding along at 30mph, one handed and negotiating traffic and roundabouts while....
TEXTING :o
Was it this bloke? ;D

All it needs is someone to pull out on him on a nice freshly resurfaced gritty junction! only way people like that learn :-?

saw exactly same other day in my road...as he stopped..i casually walked past and called a total wanker. he flipped me the bird and told me to F off.
to which my akita barked at him...he soon shut up HA!!
it's the ones that ride side saddle that I don't understand. must be some sort of fashion thing :-?
or the moped riders that pull in front of you at the lights then light you ride thru their fog until you blitz past them.
worst i ever saw was two herberts on a 'lil' bike screaming along wearing only t-shirts and tracky bottoms, yep no gloves, jacket or helmet! >:(

Back in the 70's my mother had a Puch Maxi and we used to take it out for a laugh. My mates followed on 250's and 750's
We were down chippenham when we met some lads on mopeds. I bet them I could beat the lad on the V50 back to calne on the Puch maxi thru the country lanes.
I did... :D
The story was printed in the Classic Mechanics a few years back

That video clip is unbelievable. Although extremely dangerous, there is a great deal skill involved to do that.
