View Full Version : Disposal of Old Helmets

I have a couple of old helmets that I need to dispose of, so apart from just putting them in the bin does anyone know of a different option e.g recycling?

They are only fit for the bin so cutting them up and dropping them into the bin does look like the main option.

Never knew what to do with an Old lid. Good idea about donating to the emergancy services. Instead of going to landfill

Malayan classic motorcyclists will pay big money for old 70's crash helmets. Do not worry about safety - the open face helmet is all they wear.

Store the helmets in a box - if they are race reps they will be worth big money one day
