... I didn't ride my bike to work this morning :o
My heart went out to all those fellow bikers that passed me this morning. I may have been stuck in traffic, but I was warm and dry.
Flash floods and torrential downpours everywhere - Bye bye summer :'(
Same here. Not very often i choose to drive to work but conditions this morning were horrendous.

My commute is a quick walk so I miss out on the delights of the daily ride/drive now but cant have been much fun today at all :'(
Dont worry the late summer will return towards the end of the week :) :)
Got totally soaked! Great day to find that your waterproofs are no longer!!!
Saw all the usual bikes out today. All looking equally drowned!
I rode to work this morning..was either that or walk... got a little damp though!! ;D ;D ;D
Luckily I only live 2 miles from work! 8-)
Well the sun is now out here in Trowbridge.......... I reackon on pulling off the cover and jumping on for a quick blat after the dismal weekend, anyone around ?? or want to meet up ??
I too got a bit wet this morning! I also discovered that my waterproof boots aren't exactly water tight as well!
On that note, can anyone recommend "all weather boots" that are comfy for a long commute and yet still give adequate protection?
I would do Gooz, but it's raining here in the 'Nam again :-?
