I want my bikes suspension looking at (too stiff) and I know Greenman was going to get his done too, so just finding out if anyone else wants it done so I can get this chap to do a group discount or better still an afternoon at the h&c.
The chap is Mark at MH Racing - www.mhracing.com - and I know a number of WBers have used him before. Having watched him do Gerry's track bike I know he's a genius :)

Had mine done last week......WHAT A DIFFERENCE. 100% suspension did it at Donington. Well worth it 8-)

Currently abroad, but yes would be interested.
Mark is happy to do this at 20% discount - usually £40, now £32 - it will need to be a Saturday morning, and so far the first possible date is Sept 8th. Waiting for confirmation and then I'll post up a definite date/time :)

Yeh - 1st available Saturday morning is 22nd Sept so I've extended an invite for him to come along one Weds night to the H&C and suggested he might also get some extra takers if he did - no reply to that tho :/
How does 22nd sound to people? Typically I think we may be moving house that day :(

I had my hayabusa rear shock replaced with ohlins and had the front internals replaced with ohlins, all done and setup by Mark - top job - makes a huge improvment
I take it this is still on?
Yup all confirmed...
Sat 22nd, to arrive between 9.30 and 10 :)

Mark does all my specials can reccomend him. As a former MX GP suspension tech you can be sure of a good job. he wont just replace forkseals but check bushes as well but like them clean, saves him time and you money.
Where are we meeting up too H+C? and what time?

Can Mark do anything for a Blackbird, i.e. there's no front or (accessible) rear pre-load, only rear damper adjustment ?
Just got back from 1500 french tour and fully loaded Blackbird felt really planted and soaked-up the bumps. Unloaded, it bucks about like a bucky thing and doesn't handle poor road surfaces well at all.

So my iphone5 arrived today. Why is this relevant you ask? Well it's too long to fit in my bike satnav/phone holder and I was relying on that to get us there tomorrow :p

Good to see people this morning and after a chilly start it was a really nice morning! How does everyone's bike feel?
Mine's definitely a bit more planted in corners and less skittish -holds its line better
Mine feels great. I thought it was ok before but feels way more stable.
Hope you guys had a great run up to the airfield.
My decking is now dismantled so no fear of falling down holes in the night.. :)

My bike feels fab and the front end is def lifted with helps me from not sticking my butt up too much LOL yeah yeah Gerry i know what your going to say ;D :D
Very pleased, the front seems slightly higher, and it turns so much quicker now.
Gave it a proper good blat on the way home, and it seemed really planted, lots of extra drive out of corners, all for £32, a bargain :)
Really good to see everyone, havent been able to get out for a while, so it was a very enjoyable day :)
