Sticky Tape

I'm currently fitting aluminium mesh to the vents in the fairing, the only bit I'm concerned about is the type of tape to use. Can anyone suggest a tape or maybe you have already used some for this purpose. It will need to be waterproof and heatproof. Does anyone have any recommendations.

Sealant will do the job, plus its relatively easy to remove, just a couple of blobs around the edges (clear is better) once dry its not going anywhere. :)

Yup, i'm with Wes, got a couple of blobs of sealant on the vents on my Blackbird. Happy new year :)
