Brilliant training session, good teaching aids and use of them. Subject matter spot on.
My memory was jogged quiet a bit and I certainly have taken more info on board today too, just need to jump on the bike and have a practice.
Would be happy to have refresher sessions a few times a year if you are happy to hold them :)
