    Hello and welcome to the group. I was going to recommend you go along to one of the RoSPA Skillshare days at the Devine Café, Cherhill (East of Calne) held the first Saturday of each month from 10am; but then I noticed you're in Bath so there is probably a group nearer to you!
    Orange ones are faster, but red ones are more comfortable!
