It’s on my volusia 800, the original carb had a crack so brought this one and rebuilt it but the bike now runs like crap spluttering once it gets up to speed. Cheers

Yeah jets all good and can’t find any leaks etc, it runs perfect on tick over and low speed up to 60 but over that it splutters.Bummer

if it has a fuel pump check it for pressure or it could be the float level is wrong/hole in float so that it starves the bowl of fuel above 60
