Ribs are a real pain to heal
We could learn a lot from crayons; some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, while others bright, some have weird names, but they all have learned to live together in the same box.”

    Cheers Chris, well done.

Just smashed the yellow peril one. Snapped the bar that the foot goes on off completely.

Nail glue lost in transit and been refunded the full 99p. Seems a lot went missing.

Successful trip to the docs yesterday. Seems to think 3 months is not unusual healing period for old farts having such injuries. Should keep improving as long as I don't do anything violent.

He suggested that I get some motocross-type armour so I've treated myelf to a Xmas prezzy. Might help the confidence, can't do any harm.

Off road armour good. Ghost came a cropper on some tractor ruts in long grass a couple of years ago and got away with light bruising when it could have been a collar bone!
