    Just finished replacing the chain and rear sprocket on my ktm, an easy job I hear you say. Hmm half an hour to drop the rear wheel and actually change the chain and sprocket and 2 1/2 hours to free up the chain adjusters later I'm tempted to disagree with you. Seems the previous owner hadn't heard of a torque wrench or copper grease!

    Sounds like maintenance was not his strong point then, at least you have it sorted now though..

    Yep

    It’s always good fun when you start to spanner a new bike.

    Wait till you get round to bleeding the brakes
    Everything else is shyte

    I think to be fair half the problem is the bikes been stood for a couple of years since he had his accident. The brakes were done for the mot last month, new discs and pads and freshly bled so that's one thing Iv not got a worry about.

    Yep that's my buy of the year so far, it didn't look quite like that when I got it but I reckon it's a bargain for the grand price of £1300.

    That is a great bargain mate, and it does look good even if it did not when you first got. Will it make an appearance on a future ride out or is not not really suitable for ride outs. Great find though.
