    Only a lawyer can give legal advice, however there may be someone here who has faced a similar situation and can relate what they did in those circumstances.

    Solicitors used to offer a free half hour advice clinic , not sure if that service is still on offer since legal aid was scrapped recently . Might be worth checking a few out though . Or try a site like this ..........
