Hello, just wondering if anyone has some advice/experience with roadside assistance to cover both my car and bike? Or maybe I should just get separate policies?

Autoaid Used it a few times when I had my Guzzi - can't fault it at the price (£42.50). Covers you AND your missus regardless of vehicle..

I have a Carole Nash 6 Wheel policy and breakdown cover on that covers both.

RAC covers you for both too
We could learn a lot from crayons; some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, while others bright, some have weird names, but they all have learned to live together in the same box.”

I use Britannia Rescue with Personal Cover. As long as I'm in or on the vehicle, I'm covered.

Thanks for the replies. Has anyone had the unfortunate pleasure of using their services and if so are they any good? I'm aware of RAC as a big name but some of these other ones worry me slightly.

It doesn't matter, go for the one that suits you, they will all send out a mechanic, who is sometimes clued up, sometimes not, if you need a recovery truck, it will be subbed out whoever you use. I've used RAC/AA/Green Flag, all the same.

    Good point Mitch, thanks.

I think I'll go with handyandy1's suggestion of autoaid. The price is half that of the others for the same cover, granted because you have to pay and then claim back but I'm not so bothered by that.
