I think this is a perfect example of what happens with our Council Tax money, they allow a contracter to go out and paint then claim for what he's painted - without checking if it's a viable claim.
Typical waste of public money, they could have put it aside for when they need a bigger mosque!
I could park mine down there - I think!
I think I'll give it a miss though...
I think it was a deliberate piss-take. You could get a push bike down there ....
