Hi I'm Gemma - I've been pillion on a blackbird for some time now and it's time to break out on my own. Have my CBT booked for April then it's onto the Direct Access course. Looking for SV650S or Bandit 600 as first bike but open to suggestions and riding tips!!

Both good bikes...got to be personal choice. I'd get ur CBT and DAS out of the way and then go test riding. In the mean time...get down ur local dealer and sit on both ...and then do it again...
    Its important to feel comfortable...

    Welcome...

    alreet nokesy!!

how tall are you? if you are shorter than the average bear then the SV would be better for you.

if not, just go out and test ride everything you can get your hands on 8-)
Make it idiot proof and someone will make a better idiot.

Keep trying until you feel comfortable! Bit like finding the right bloke really...
