I wouldnt crate the dog - he might get a little unhappy
- he's a big boy ( I wouldn't want to upset him )
all body work off.........both brakes off .....gear shift assembly off. gotta drain coolant ...new rad me thinks its proper beaten up.
then gotta rig sommmat up to get her off floor for swingarm removal
Swingarm out last methinks! Lay the frame etc on its side on your lawn - be prepared for a fight with the swingarm bolt...
Use a suitable soft drift (Thor hammer, copper, plastic, wood etc) to avoid battering the bolt end threads.
Try to presoak all nuts/bolts that look a bit manky with wd40, will put up less of a fight then...
Sounds like its going good anyways!
only had 2 bolts play up so far .....bit of heat n penertrating oil and bingo.
everything i take off .....goes into a little tub marked with what it came from
IE gear assembly......rear brake etc

my strip came to a hault due to work commitments.
today i finally dropped the engine out removed front forks tomorrow i will remove rear shock split frame and swing arm.
then its off to powder coating.
had a VERY stubborn engine mount bolt.....rounded allen key head off...screwed a pair of footprints shifting it.....it fonally gave up 45mins later with a pair of stilsons on it.
engine is going off to mates to have valves checked. from what i can see i have 1 very black looking valve :-/
gotta purchase some new bolts etc etc new bearings etc etc then i can start re-building.
Nice one!!
Keep up the good work.
