I am truly saddened and shocked.
Darren was a great guy, a real bike enthusiast and friend.
I bought Jordan off of Darren, my first big bike. he was so helpful and friendly.
I'll miss you mate... ride free buddy.

Sad news especially for his family and friends.
He was a character and that's what I'll remember him for, hope whereever you are you find peace.
gutted, ride in peace chief
Just read about it on Nelly's wall. I only met Darren to talk to once or twice and yes, I didn't quite know what to make of him. Didn't dislike him, but found something a bit odd about him is all.
I assumed he'd got taken out by a car, or hit some ice on his bike, that's bad enough, but what a ****ty way to go!
A few of the people closest to me have suffered from, or still suffer from depression. It's something the vast majority of people still don't understand, I don't myself despite it being around me quite often and do struggle to relate the people I know with it when they sink into their personal black holes.
Condolences to his friends and family :-(
