Whats the easiest way to remove rust from the bike?
I have bits of rust on my brake discs and more on my exhaust.
Is there a home solution for removing the rust or is there a product better suited for it?

Autosol will,with a fair amount of elbow grease get the rust off but being a polish be very carefull about using it near discs
You could also pinch some of your mums wire wool scourer pads (ones with soap in ) and give that a try

So it's just a case of basicly scraping it off the disc? Is this also the case with the exhaust?

How much rust we talking on the disks, slight discolouration or full on "rust"?

I wouldnt worry about that, thought you meant on the contact part where the pads clamp the disk under braking. Unless you have OCD and want to clean that up I should leave it.
