Just had a call saying my bike will fail it's MOT because the indicators are integrated into the rear light. Anyone else know about this? Because I bloody didn't!

I've heard this before - apparently the indicators are supposed to be a certain distance apart ...
Having said that, it doesn't seem to be consistent - i.e. I know those with both integrated light/indy's to pass MOT's and others fail .. could be like 'zorst noise and down to the individual tester?
Exhausts don't fail on noise only if they're stamped with 'not for road use' or 'for race use'
I've heard of this before. Is often down to the testers interpritation of the rules.
Exhausts are different. The rule is that the exhaust should not be significantly louder than the original or marked not for road use / for race use. this is pure judgement on the part of the tester.
This is what my Honda looks like
