Ring them all up, play them off each other and you can usually knock £100 off your initial quote. Worth taking a day off work for to get that saving (unless you work in IT or the stock exchange).

As your a new rider just ring about and plenty of internet searches - Bikesure used to do some great deals for my old customers. Make sure they will guarantee to get the certificate to the dealership before the delivery for the new registration. Nothing worse than the new bike arriving and you can't ride it as not taxed! That is if you bought a new one and not pre-reg or used!

Try all the comparison sites - one insurer is offering free recovery if you break down and another offers zero excess - at the end of the day it's worth shopping around for the best specific deal for your circumstances.
