Had a really good day out at Silverstone today with R6don, JimboK4, Mikkie and Chappers. It was a bit cold and slippery first thing with a few small slides but come the afternoon when the track was dry it was really good fun!! Thanks to Chappers for suggesting/ bullying us into going and also to Scotty and Gerry for being pit bitches

Great to see the first WB track dayers out at Silverstone today.

First one of the year and cold and damp for most of the day but they all had a good day.

Please to say only a few fallers during the day, but I counted all our men out and counted them all back again

Not to unhappy I wasn’t out there with them I must admit, but made me look forward to Brands in a few weeks even more.

    Well done chaps [smiley=thumbup.gif]

Good day out in the end, everyone finished the day in one piece, not too many toys needed putting back in the various prams ;D I have many photos, been through them and edited out the **** ones where the camera decided to focus on the fence rather than the bike, or when panning and hitting the shutter the subject was neatly bisected by a sodding fence post (prominent fences being something to endure at Silverstone) When I get the time I'll post up a few and burn a CD for the guys to pass around and copy.
Roll on Brands, 31 days and counting 8-) 8-)

Well, better late than never... I actually ran off a couple of hundred and they gradually improved as I got used to the camera and finally found a spot where I wasn't shooting through a bloody fence! Here are a few...
Mikkie and Moo before it all begins...

    Chappers at Copse

    and again...

    Two wise old gits, allegedly...

At last we get a better view at Luffield, here's Don

    and Chappers

Finally finding a spot where I can shoot over the fence... and here's Jim

    and Moo

    and Mikkie

Chappers following an extremely slow S1000RR

    Mikkie and Moo

    Jim and Don

    Don pits, Mikkie passes by

    Jim again

Mikkie flips us the bird.... git!

I'll have to burn the whole lot onto CDs and dish them out to the participants
