I bought my bike from there a few years ago, the branch in Mudford, I had a terrible job trying to get the V5 from them. I was told they had sent it to DVLA to get it transferred to my name but DVLA never received it. It took me 3 months to get it, finally emailed the main office in Bridgewater and they had it sorted.
