Over paid Income Tax
Overview
You can claim back up to six years. A claim made for the year 2004 – 2005 ,It took can take 3-4 months ... company personally received a cheque from Inland Revenue for £XX, XXX ,going back for the next 5 previous years….tip do not go for all 6 years in one go, do it on a year by year basis. Remember you’re dealing with the government here!!!
How to do it
http://www.refundsdirect.co.uk/ There are plenty of companies out there who will do this on a no win no fee basis
Personally get you own accountant to do this, to negotiate a fee. He \ she will estimate how much you’ll get back and charge a fee, like I said negotiate the fee.
GOOD LUCK!
