    A wannabe Skin Crayon, fortunately he didn't fall off and skin himself on the Tarmac so we'll just be paying for his time in jail rather than skin grafts and an expensive stay in hospital. Tosser.

    I suspect at that speed and wearing what he was wearing it would have probably have been a whole lot cheaper if he had fallen off, just the cost of the fire brigade to hose it off the road.
