Finally managed to get out on the Blade today. First proper ride out on it and she's a keeper
52K on the clock and still runs lovely. The bike has the odd cosmetic mark but for £1500 I am pretty pleased with myself. After initial worries about whether I would get on with riding position/comfort (I'm 50 this month) I was pleasantly surprised. Well over an hour in the saddle and no aches or pains. Actually found it far better than the KTM390 Duke I had before.
Roads still a bit sketchy in places, bring on Spring

Hi and welcome to WB, agree can't wait for spring to arrive. I bet it was nice to get out even if the roads are not that great.

    It sure is
We could learn a lot from crayons; some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, while others bright, some have weird names, but they all have learned to live together in the same box.”

Glad you are getting on well. Ive got a 98 rrw, had it for over 12yrs now, still great fun. Looks a different seat to standard? I like the Harris hanger
