    from what i can gather is that any vehicle that is euro 3 and below will have a bad time in france especially if you dont have the windscreen sticker showing the emissions CO2. euro 4 is the current (greenest) standard with 5 due to pounce sometime soon and as gov's want us all to drive the latest greenest vehicles no doubt france will hold the euro 4 standard as gospel
