Just witnessed the aftermath of an accident on the Pewsham, old lane roundabout.
A car pulled out infront of a scooter.
The rider is ok but has a suspected broken arm.
The driver's excuse?
"I couldn't see when I pulled out because the sun was in my eyes"

With the onset of winter we all need to be aware that the sun is lower in the sky rendering us temporarily invisible and that there are people out there that, rather that stop or slow down, just think "f*ck it, I'll go anyway"
