    Hey guys,

I live just outside Warminster and i commute to Salisbury everyday for school (I'm 17) on a yamaha yzf r125.
Want to start finding people to ride with and go on longer rides etc. Would be good to tag along to a couple of rides if i'm welcome of course.
Unfortunately still on L plates but don't have the money to do my A1.

    Aidan

Hi Aidaen and welcome, my nephew used to ride a yzfr125, nice bike. I often pop out towards your route and ride the back roads around Tisbury, Chilmark, etc, happy to hook up for a couple of hours when convenient for both.

Yo! I recently joined this forum too from Warminster

There are some lovely routes between here and Salisbury. You're blessed with that sort of morning commute!

It's alright,a lot of lorries on the A36 though, becomes a bit of a pain in the arse on a 125 but usually its alright.

    Hi and welcome
We could learn a lot from crayons; some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, while others bright, some have weird names, but they all have learned to live together in the same box.”

Don't always have to take the A36, there's some lovely back roads from that run parallel to the A36 from Sutton Veny if you've got the time to explore.

    Welcome to Wiltshire Bikers!
Being on a 125 isn't a problem, most rides are 125 friendly, I rode with the club on L plates for 2 years.
...and that picturesque road through Sutton Veny, Tytherington, Boyton, the Langfords into Wilton is superb... allow a bit extra time though.. wouldn't want to make you late for work..
