Hi all, i am restoring a classic bike which was imported from USA. Has anyone done the NOVA registration and would be able to give me some pointers please?
The DVLA site is a mess of misinformation and the last time I applied for this VAT exemption I got a letter back saying my application for road tax had been declined because I didn't have a reg number and returned some photos of someone's Austin van under restoration? Thanks
