I Wouldn't, mainly because of the differing profiles each manufacturer prefer for example Bridgestones tend to have a flatish profile to the rear which feels like a nice steady drop in and pick back off of a corner (I have S20 Evos) Dunlops are quite 'pointy' on the back tyre which feels like you drop in quicker than the Bridgestones, the front is going to be made to work in conjunction. For this reason I would keep to the same make, if do have 2 different tyre keep them to the same spec (e.g your 023 with a newer generation the back)

The M7RR is a sportier tyre than you have, surely more like a Rosso Corsa? Your bike is going to feel better on new rubber. If it was mine I'd buy a matched pair and flog the front one
