    Doesn't excuse not stopping but after reading this bit

    91-year-old driver and his wife on the A4 between Chippenham and Calne
    anyone else picture a showroom shiny Honda Jazz being driven at around 10 Mph?

    Was a bit close tbh, but I wonder how many cars the old fellas clipped in asda car park and done one, probably without even realising.

    Ahhh the old "guilty until proven innocent".
    Even though there was footage, witnesses and the police blamed the biker, the old man was still a bad driver because.....well, he's old.
