I brought heated gloves about six years ago about £120 at the time, 18 months later, no receipt, couldn't remember ebay seller one packed up and they replaced them no fuss FOC.
Brought a new controller a year ago at the Bike Show Birmingham, controller packed up. I emailed Gerbing Monday afternoon and told them. Without asking for a reciept they said give me your address and we will send you a new one. On Wednesday a courier arrived with a new working controller FOC.
That is fantastic customer service.
PLUS- The gloves heat all of your hand not just your palm, I love them !
