Test riding one of these tomorrow from Crescent Bournemouth Yamaha.
Does anyone here have one, ordered one, or have an opinion on this bike?
May trade my 2000 reg Ninja in for one.

I've ridden one and know someone who owns and loves his. Phoenix have their demo up for grabs too. Great bike!
I ride the daddy of them all the MT-01. All the press appear to have forgotten the MT-03 & MT-01 even though the MT-01 is a great bike with presence.
I have looked at both the MT-07 & 09 out of interest and both would be good commuter or fun on a Sunday bikes.
Bike magazine voted it bike of the year. Make of that what you will. Worth a read.
How long is the wait between ordering and receiving?
I read somewhere that they were trying to get more allocated to the UK due to demand
Last I heard there was a huge backlog. I asked in Swindon and they had loaned their demo bike to Basingstoke branch and couldn't get them for love nor money. Phoenix in Trowbridge struggled to get them in too and have just this week advertised their demo bike for sale as they've now managed to get stock again. I was looking at buying one back in July but due to lack of stock I opted for a Striple instead.
