I work in Devizes and got caught up in the jams caused by the accident. When I heard it I thought I would rather be late for work than just late.
Heart goes out to his family & friends.
It also makes you think a lot when you see flowers on the bridge railings this morning.
All on here enjoy riding but ride safely
Seems to be a lot of threads like this appearing recently, very sad news, RIP.
Another crash last night at Perham Down. The wife drove past the aftermath, black bike apparently pretty totalled, rider being dealt with by ambulance.
This was a very close friend of a girl who works for me. His birthday would have been on Saturday. Apparently someone pulled out, so he swerved to avoid just as the bus opposite pulled out of the bus stop. RIP
Sh*t so unlucky. I hope they got the idiot who pulled out? or did they just drive away oblivious they had just caused death by dangerous driving?
