• Romania has offered citizenship to four million Moldovans

I was under the impression that if a Turk for example got a Romanian passport they would still need a visa to travel to European countries.

The Turk that runs the burger van on the A338 just south of salisbury has a UK passport but needed a pile of visas to drive across France, Germany, Slovakia etc.
